Corrective exercise training is therapeutic training modality ideal for clients that are experiencing pain and/or disruptions in posture and mobility. We utilize a comprehensive functional assessment to discern fundamental muscle imbalances that cause postural distortions, movement impairments, muscle adhesions (AKA “knots”), and muscle/joint pain. We then devise and implement a strategic exercise program to address these issues and restore optimal performance.
Our passion for effective and sustainable fitness compels us to implement an integrated approach. Embodied in our proprietary Holistic Fitness Theory, we provide our clients with effective strategies for exercise, nutrition, stress management, and sleep quality.
