Our nutrition philosophy, outlined in the Holistic Fitness Theory document, incorporates cutting-EDGE strategies designed to optimize muscle tone and fat loss, via modulating key metabolic pathways.

 

Meal Planning

 

Our nutrition programs are designed to accommodate each client’s distinct metabolic needs. We take into account macronutrient goals as well as food preferences – both homemade and restaurant foods – to create practical, healthy meal options. Nutrition programs also include a concise list of supplements to help boost metabolism.

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition Coaching is akin to 1-on-1 Personal Training; we provide a recommended nutrition program (as with Nutrition Programming) with the addition of nutrition journal analysis. Clients journal their nutrition for a set predetermined period of time via vetted nutrition apps. Our Nutrition Coaches then meticulously evaluate the quality and quantity of the foods consumed and provide essential feedback for refinement and improvement.

  • Detailed analysis of meal composition and daily totals, including: macronutrient goals, Intermittent Fasting, Nutrient Partitioning, and supplements.
