Nutrition Consulting


Nutrition is often a pivotal piece of the fitness puzzle that can make or break a client’s ability to progress and achieve their goals.  Rather than attempting extreme diet plans that are incredibly stringent and provide temporary weight loss, EDGE Holistic Fitness provides a practical solution.  Our nutrition philosophy, outlined in the Holistic Fitness Theory document, incorporates cutting-EDGE strategies designed to optimize muscle tone and fat loss, via modulating key metabolic pathways.

The Nutrition Consulting service is complimentary to all corporate client participants that sign-up with 1-on-1 Personal Training.  Additionally, all participants will receive the Holistic Fitness Theory document as part of any corporate wellness program.


Nutrition Coaching


Nutrition Coaching is a separate service akin to 1-on-1 Personal Training.  We provide a recommended nutrition program, based on the tenants of the Holistic Fitness Theory, customized to accommodate the goals of the individual client.  Food preferences, both homemade and restaurant prepared meals, are taken into account to assess and design a practical plan of action.  Clients journal their nutrition for a set predetermined period of time via vetted nutrition apps. Our Nutrition Coaches then meticulously evaluate the quality and quantity of the foods consumed and provide essential feedback for refinement and improvement.
